Three Weeks to Go: The Final Stretch of London Marathon 2023 Training

It's day 92 of my London Marathon 2023 blog, and I'm happy to be back with a new update. As you all know, I've been out with a cold for the past few days, which has been a setback in my training. But today, I laced up my shoes and headed out for a gentle run in Rochester. It was great to be back out there, even if I'm not feeling 100% just yet.

With only three weeks to go until race day, I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. I know that I need to stay focused on my goals and stick to my training schedule, even when setbacks like a cold try to knock me off track. That means listening to my body's needs and taking it easy when necessary, but also pushing myself to keep making progress towards the finish line.

As I near the end of this journey, I'm reminded of the importance of celebrating the small victories along the way. Even something as simple as a gentle run after being sick can be a win. And with each step I take, I'm getting closer and closer to achieving my ultimate goal of finishing the London Marathon.

So, here's to another day of training and another step closer to the finish line. I can't wait to see what the next few weeks have in store, and I hope you'll continue to follow along on this journey with me.

PS: Before I go, I wanted to remind you all that I'm running the London Marathon to raise funds for the Sittingbourne Carnival Court and you can still donate via my GoFundMe page. Every little bit helps, and I'm grateful for any support you can give. Thanks again for reading and for your support!
